1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the xd777 platform located at xd777.ws (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the xd777 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xd777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xd777 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the xd777 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations governing the minimum age for participation in real-money gambling activities;
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of any corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each login session;
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the xd777 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under applicable Philippine gaming regulatory frameworks;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of xd777 or any of its affiliated entities or third-party game suppliers.

xd777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be obtained will be suspended pending resolution and may be permanently closed if verification is not completed within the stipulated period.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active xd777 account. The existence of more than one account per individual — whether detected through matching name, date of birth, address, contact number, GCash number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xd777 reserves the right to merge or permanently close all duplicate accounts and void all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with such accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. xd777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xd777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. xd777 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as an action authorised by you. You must notify xd777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulatory frameworks and anti-money laundering requirements, xd777 conducts KYC verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued Philippine photo ID and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe will result in withdrawal holds and may lead to account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xd777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. xd777 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as posted on the Platform's cashier page. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. xd777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (Section 3.4). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. xd777 targets processing of approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. xd777 does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

xd777 is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism regulations. xd777 reserves the right to delay, block, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity. All suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant Philippine financial intelligence authority.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xd777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• xd777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting software errors to meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

xd777 makes the final determination on whether a player is eligible for any promotion and whether wagering requirements have been satisfied in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Such determinations are final and binding.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the xd777 Platform — whether on casino games, sports markets, live sabong, or bingo — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the respective game interface or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market.

6.1 Finality of Settled Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the xd777 system, it is binding on both parties. xd777 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: palpable errors in odds or game outcomes, technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of a game result, or evidence of cheating or collusion. Any voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's account.

6.2 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, xd777's server logs constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. xd777 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Outcomes recorded on xd777's servers at the point of disconnection will stand as the final result.

6.3 RNG Certification

All casino games on xd777 that utilise random number generators are sourced from certified third-party game studios whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness. xd777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by xd777's trading team and are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xd777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to Philippine gaming regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (see Section 3.1);

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xd777 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the xd777 Platform — including but not limited to the xd777 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game assets, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of xd777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the xd777 Platform without the prior written consent of xd777.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xd777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination of Accounts

xd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the prescribed period;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (an inactivity fee may apply per the Platform's published fee schedule);
• Request by the player to close their own account;
• Direction by a relevant Philippine gaming regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, xd777 will return any genuine, verifiable real-money balance to the player via the registered payment method, less any applicable fees and after completion of required KYC checks, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited.

13 Amendments to Terms

xd777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, xd777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account. The effective date of any amendment will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xd777 Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the xd777 Platform.

xd777 operates within applicable Philippine gaming regulatory frameworks. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it, constitute an admission that xd777 is subject to the jurisdiction of any other country or territory.
